About Customer's Canvas

Customer's Canvas (also known as Back Office) is a variable template application which allows for personalizing various print products directly in your online portals. It is similar to the eDoc template builder currently integrated with DocketManager but it allows for better B2C templates and functionality.

Customer's Canvas includes several online editors which can be connected to your portals. For each product you wish to make personalizable, you can associate an editor, a design used as a template and other attributes. Inside Customer's Canvas you can organize a library of designs, clipart, fonts and other assets.

Accepted Design Files

Customer's Canvas accepts Adobe InDesign (.idml) and Photoshop (.psd) design files. There is also a built-in design creator where you are able to create a design from scratch.

In instances where you only have access to a PDF for a design, it will need to be recreated as an acceptable design file or inserted as a background file in a "from scratch" design and recreated within Customer's Canvas.

If additional help is needed, one-on-one training sessions can be purchased and as always, we can build any templates you need for an additional fee.

B2C Template Library

Also available to be purchased alongside your subscription to Customer's Canvas will be a variety of B2C templates to be used on your storefronts. These 50 templates include business cards, flyers, postcards, brochures, and so much more.

Preview Mockups

One of the exciting possibilities with Customer's Canvas is the Preview Mockup functionality.

You can connect a Photoshop mockup file to any template in order to give your customers a mocked-up preview of what their design will look like.
